Sabine Balka is an interior designer, leadership coach, and creative professional whose career reflects more than three decades of experience in design, project management, and human-centered leadership.

A graduate of Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) with a degree in Interior Design, Sabine began her career with a strong foundation in creativity, design principles, and spatial problem-solving. Over the course of her professional journey, she advanced through increasingly complex roles in the interior design field, ultimately becoming a Senior Interior Designer and project manager, leading projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in demanding creative environments.

Through her extensive design experience, Sabine developed a deep understanding of the relationship between environments, people, and organizational culture. Her work has shaped not only physical spaces but also the collaborative processes and leadership practices required to bring complex projects to life.

In 2015, Sabine relocated to the United States with her family, embracing a significant personal and professional transition. The experience broadened her perspective, strengthened her adaptability, and reinforced her commitment to continuous growth and lifelong learning.

Today, Sabine continues to practice as a Senior Interior Designer while also serving as a Certified Coach, supporting professionals in navigating career development, leadership challenges, workplace well-being, and personal growth. Drawing on her background in design, she brings a unique perspective to coaching—helping individuals and teams create greater clarity, balance, and effectiveness in their professional lives.

By combining creativity, leadership, and coaching expertise, Sabine has developed an approach centered on thoughtful growth, resilience, and purposeful achievement. Her career reflects a commitment to empowering others and creating environments—both physical and professional—that allow people and organizations to thrive.
